Animal Pack is just a set of multi-vitamins. All the other staks aren't that great from what I've read.

They're nothing special. I took Animal Cuts for a while and they worked pretty well I guess, nothing spectacular however. Just go with a regular old multivitamin and you should be fine. I wouldn't say they're worth the price.

Their staks are basically prohormones in oral form.

Ok i started taking the Animal Paks a week ago and i swear i feel better on them. I got a great deal on thru an online retailer. But now i want to try the Animal Cuts and my question is with me being so obese will it help with my weight loss or is it just for somone who needs to get cut for a comp?

Animal Pak is just an expensive multi, hehe. The ephedra version of Animal Cuts was pretty good, though. Haven't tried the ephedra free. Can probably buy some Vasopro and throw it on top of it. I'd just go with a home made EC stack, personally...it's cheaper.

I don't mind the price for the Animal Pak. For the price that i got it it only costs me .45 a day to have that multi vitamin.

I have no comment on Animal Paks other than I love their ads. Especially with the guy squatting and all you an see is a side shot of his massive leg.

^ agreed...I like the "Shut the f*** up and train...." one though. Animal Pak is just an overhyped multivitamin, nothing more nothing less.

If you have a vitamin shoppe in your area, go buy their men's multi. Costs like 2 cents a day if you want to compare it that way. Animal Paks aren't any better than what's out there.

Animal cuts may help, but I think ephedrine, caffiene, and EGCG would work best, not to mention cost a lot less.

I was taking their Multi and cost is not the issue. I feel better on the Paks so i will pay whatever. I just was trying to find somone how has used the Animal Cuts. One of the big reasons is because i suffer from Panic Attack Disorder i cannot take caffine but with the Cuts i can just throw away the dark capsule which is the stimulant

I took a look at the vitamins and minerals in animal pak and they are unbelievable, won't you get vitamin toxicity from those high amounts of vitamins ?

I guess this is why they call them ANIMAL Paks:

Colostrum (bovine): 25mg
Argentine Liver (bovine): 3.9g
Shark Cartilage: 1g
Ox Bile (bovine): 120mg

That is some really weird **** !

Who needs 3000x-5000x the RDA ?

athletes.. thats the point bro
its probably like 10 times the rda of vit. C
i wonder what other ones are a high % more than the RDA

I don't think any of that is off the charts

we have clinicals with up to 2 grams of vitamin C that show it's safe

clinicals on 800 E...etc

the multi's on the shelf base their numbers on the bare minnimum required to prevent disease like scurvy

my problem is the alternative health community telling people to take 3000-5000 C for certain conditions
