Well I had a really long post typed out but I ended up deleting it heh. Anyways to make it short I ordered a ton of ephedrine and caffeine. I read a few other posts that said that ephedrine and creatine actually compliment each other or something, so it's good to take them together.

Now the one thing everyone seemed to agree one is that it's ok as long as you take in more water. Well my worry is I don't think I can get enough water. I mean I drink so much water now I'm in the bathroom all the time, I just can't imagine drinking more water than that and being in the bathroom more than I am now, it would just be so annoying. I've never measured how much water I drink, maybe I'm drinking more than enough already? Too bad there isn't a way to tell if you are drinking enough. I'm out most of the day so measuring how much water I drink is not an option. So I figured the easy solution was to keep my water intake the same and just stop the creatine.

1 gallon+ is fine. In any event, the creatine + ephedrine thing has been asked multiple times, feel free to run a search.

Yea I did, I read like every single thread lol.

So 1+gallon is fine? Hmm, I wonder if I'm drinking that now. I'm always in the bathroom so maybe I am. I think I will start filling up a gallon with water and seeing how much I drink/can drink. Thanks for the help.

Eh, I'm always in the bathroom after I drink like a sip of water. It's rather annoying, really. If you have water stores near you, they have nice 1/2 gallon and 1 gallon jugs you can carry around that are pretty cool. You can also buy a 1 gallon tub of water from the grocery store and use that if you want.

if u currently drink so much that u go to the bathroom all the time, then that's enough for both creatine and ephedrine. i don't think ephedrine and caffeine makes THAT big of a loss of water.

the key is to look at the color of ur urine. it shoudl be clear (unless u also take in a lot of vitamin C, which will make ur urine bright yellowish clear)

Yup very clear, especially like 45 minutes after my workout. I think it's because of my huge pre/post workout shakes lol. Thanks alot:)

Vitamin C does that? The only time that happens to me is when I take a multi vitamin.

I wasn't aware it did that either. It's the vitamin B in your multi vitamin that causes that.

Yea I'm gonna stay on it. I think I'm already drinking enough water. I'm like always in the bathroom and it's really clear.

I know this is :offtopic: but what is it exactly about vit B that causes it? Is it just excess vit B leaving the body?

If the B complex is being absorbed the urine will be bright yellow due to the riboflavonoids present.

So if it isnt being absorbed then the urine will remain the same colour as it was when you werent taking vit B? I ask because occassionally my urine will stay the same colour despite taking vit B. Could it be because im not lacking in B vitamins? Or it is not being absorbed?

It should be taken with a meal. If there is no change in your urine color then suspect that your brand of B complex is not being absorbed.
