Ok well I've been lifting for a couple months and I wanna get a good diet down. I'm 14 and wiegh about 140. I met with a personal trainer and I got a good work out routine out, but my diet is ****. So far for supplements I'm taking protien shakes once daily and just started taking creatine today, I also take a multivitamin everyday (centrum preformance). So somebody if you have the time please write me out a good diet, but remeber I'm in school so lunch is gonna be tough. Thanks guys

I also am about 5'10, 5'11 and pretty skinny just incase that is needed

I would suggest that you read as much as possible on the diet forum and make up your own diet. At your height and weight you'll probably won't have to worry much about gaining fat, so you can basically just eat as much as you can.
