Looks good to me. I would use it pwo in water or during the day with milk. Its just a protein blend, nothing really special. But if you are looking for something to get your extra protien and its not too expensive for you give it a shot. Let us know how it tastes if you give it a go.

You might also consider giving Atlarge's Nitrean a try. I hear it tastes fantastic and its essentially the same thing as this stuff but it has whey, casein and egg protein as opposed to this which is just whey and casein. I believe its cheaper too. :)

Low carb diet protein? I thought most protein powders were low carb (Optimum's 100% whey has only 1g of carbs per scoop)

They are. ;) Probably just hoping to get a few more sales from the Atkins freaks by advertising "low carb" protein.
