How much dex do u take?

currently im taking my creatine before/during workout wit some powerade powder, but im goin to get some dex soon and i was wondering if i should start mixing my creatine with my protein and some dex PostWO, since i am currently taking 2 scoops of Nitrean w/water PostWO, and if you do recommend mixing creatine with protein how much dex do you recommend, and even if i don't mix the 2 drinks how much dex should i take wit my protein?

2 scoops of whey, 5g of creatine, 5 g of glut, 1/3 cup of dex, thats my PWO shake.....

I take 1/8 Cup, which weighs out to be 28g.

Sometimes I'll add 28g Maltodextrin as well.

for a cut you wanna jack up your carbs like supri is doing
on a cut you dont wanna sacrifice your calories all to simple carbs so they drop drastically
