How much per day/how many days?

To me that doesn't look like a very effective mass gain program. There is no need to train twice a day for 6 days a week. I think you would be much better off doing only 3 or 4 days a week with perhaps a day or two of cardio to maintain cardiovascular health. You could do something like this...

mon: legs
tues: chest/tris
wed: rest
fri: back/bis
sat: rest
sun: rest

or for a 3 day split...

mon: legs
tues: rest
wed: push (chest/tris/shoulders)
thurs: rest
fri: pull (back/bis/traps)
sat: off
sun: off

The key with these routines is that they provide more time for rest and growth. I don't see any need to train a muscle group 3 times a week to provide the proper stimulus for growth. Remember, you grow while youre resting not while youre in the gym.
