Ok here is the deal, I have gotten my arms as big as I wanted them to be(Maybe I want them a lil bigger?) and I wanna trim the lil fat I have left in my stomach so I can see my abs (I know they are there cause I can see em when light is reflected on my stomach) So if I want to achieve these goals, should I do cardio even the days I workout (I work out 4 days a week) and also should I follow a low carb or a low fat diet? (I hear low carb can reduce my strength at the gym and might be counterproducitive to gaining muscle) Any help will be greatly apreciated, thanks. :strong:

yes it will be counterproductive. bulking and cutting should not be mixed, or results will be ****. if you really wanna get the pack (trust me the girls love it) then go cardio

You can also try a topical solution for helping shed stubborn fat during cutting cycle. Lipoderm and Ab-Solved seem to work well.

no need to do a low fat or low carb...a balanced plan will get you where you need to be
