this is my new routine ive come from a powerlifting background but would like to bulk up and maybe do strongman instead-
Sunday
Log lifts 5x5
Shoulder press 3x6-8
Farmers walk x3 thick bar/ regular
+thick grip lever work

Tuesday
Incline press 4x6
Weighted Dips 3x8
+Plate pinch

Wednesday
Front squats / back 4x6
Stiff leg dead lifts off blocks 3x8

Friday
Chins 5x5(weighted) or 1x50 (rest- pause)
Rows barbell/ dumbbell 4x6-8
+ Coc

what day (if any) would you put crucifix holds and what changes would you make? im not sure if back day is enough as it is

I thing your oculd probably put the holds on any day.
