I'm gonna try this for about the third time. Hoping the journal will help keep me focused. I do good for about 18 months then lose interest and lay off for about 6. I gotta quit that crap. I have also started using Fitday for tracking diet. Maybe that'll help some too. Anyway, feel free to stop in anytime and shoot me a line of crap about how good I'm doin'. It's not important whether you are sincere or not. I'll take any support I can get.

YBW: Thanks, it's good to be back at it. Just need to stay consistent.
Saint Patrick: I'm strugglin' with keeping the fats consistent. I'm allover the board with my percentages. Last year I dumped 32 pounds and got in the best shape I've been in a number of years. Then I went on one of my lazy spells, laid off for 6 months and gained 15 pounds back. Just tryin' to keep the diet in check and drop some body fat. One onf my weaknesses is natty PB. I could eat that stuff straight till I puked. Later and thanks for droppin' in.

Would have liked to get in a little more work, but I'm off to the ballpark. I coach an 8-10 year old Dixie Youth girls softball team. We are in 2nd place and playin' the #1 undefeated team tonite at 8:00. It's my 8 yr old's turn to pitch tonite. BTW... the chin work is not weighted, I'm a week @$$.
Will get my Fitday link on here tonite maybe. Thanks for supporting the lazy.

I just gotta tell this! My girls lost last nite. We were up 1-0 in the bottom of the last inning but wound up losing 3-1. Get this....not only did we turn a double dlay in the game. Which is really good for 8-10 year old girls, but in the third inning, we turned a TRIPLE PLAY. Yeah, WTF? A triple play! I almost passed out. Man, I am proud of those kids. This is a first year team. Most of the girls have never even played tee ball, and we're in the hunt for the championship. Anyway, I just had to tell ya.

Eric: 110-130 on the rows. I have lost so much having such a long layoff. Yeah, I love coachin' the girls. They have overachieved. We were picked to be they league doormat and have shocked everybody. Especially ourselves.

I know what you mea about losing a lot due to a "break". It sucks, but eventually we will get back up there.

DB Front Raise: 8x25 6x30 6x30
Bent Over Laterals: 10x25 10x30 7x35 10x30
Side Laterals: 7x25 6x30 ***
*** This is the first time I have done any direct shoulder work in over six months. During the lateral sets I was feeling a strange pull/pop in my right shoulder joint that I have never experienced before. WTF now?? :swear:

No pain really, it just felt like it was in some kind of a bind and you could feel like a roughness to the motion. Kinda like goin' over a speed bump with bad ball joints I guess. I did some stretching with it this morning and everything seems OK. Guess time will tell.

Yea warming up well will probably help. I doubt it's anything serious if it doesn't hurt now, but then again, I'm not a doctor or anything so I'm not sure. Good strength, especially for not doing any shoulder work in six months.

Dedicated: Yeah, everything has felt fine since. Last nite was my off day. I'll hit arms tonite and take the weekend off. So by Monday I'm thinkin', no worries. Thanks for droppin' in man.
