I have a gut, its inherited, i ate alot of carbs, and im an athlete, so i dont really diet during season...But season is just about over.

I need to lose it. I would rather do fat loss than build muscle at this point because its really slowing me down. What are your best diet and cardio solutions...should i go low carb? I know HIIT, and i just wanted to know what works well. im 185 and 5'10'' i squat around 240, bench 185ish...not too buff. I have alot of excess weight, whats the best way to get rid of it

do a search for cutting diets, I believe saint patrick posted what he used to cut the fat.
