Ok I am in the Cutting process because I wanna shape my abs and arms up. But here is the question, I work out 4 days a week.... should I do Cardio the same days I work out(I heard that you shouldn't do cardio those days) because I only have three days for cardio if I don't. Or would you suggest working two days instead of four and then use all the other days to adjust my cardio?Please note that I switch to two days I will be working my muscle only once a week.Thanks.

3 Days of cardio is fine. I suggest you do it on seperate sessions from lifting.

You can do cardio any day of the week, workout day or not. It's just if you choose to do it on a workout day, it should be done at a separate time.

i do cardio 7 days/week. lift 4 days. lifting and cardio are separated by 10 hours.
