I hear that coffee is actually good for you, any truth to this, cuz I just gave it up last week, after drinking at work 3 x daily for 9 months

There are so many studies that go back-and-forth, some saying it is good for you, others saying it is bad. I personally see no problem with it, when consumed in moderation. The only major flaw I see is the cost, especially if you're going to one of the large corporate coffee houses.

Three cups a day seems like a resonable amount, as long as you're not on other stimulants(I.E. ECA).

nope i think its foldgers and its free, at work (cost is not an option )
however I would like to know what exactly the benefits it has, besides wake you up? would you happen to know?

Also on the topic of drinks isnt Green Tea suppose to be very good for you?

Green tea is excellent, I strongly recommend it over coffee.
