I'm currently 18 years old, male, and live in the states. I've worked out on and off for awhile now and have been committed for about 8 months. Right now I weigh around 195 and my height is around 5"8. I don't really care about my weight I just want to loose the fat. I've started to take hydroxycut that a friend recommended to me, what do you guys think of it? Also I'm planning to quit going to the gym and purhcase a home gym. I'm not sure if I should buy a regualr weight set or buy a bowflex. Anyone know which is better? will the bowflex still give a big build and not just cut?

I assume you want to gain muscle as well... Extra muscle will lead to extra fat, but with a stable diet and cardio you can lower your body fat %. I'd stick with free weights.
