Best Protein Shake! Wow

im not advertising this protein brand at all.. as a matter of fact, i only use 1/2 scoop a day at night since its pure casein, and it's very expensive.. BUT, i tried this today and it was PERFECT!! starbucks WISHES...


1/2 scoop VPX (capuccino)
1 1/2 cups of soy milk (regular)
ice cubes

add some fat free whip cream and u got a starbucks delight!! WOW!

Yep it is prety good. Ive started adding thing's to my shakes for flavor too. On a cut they become a source of enjoyment! :)
