What I'm looking for is something simple with a good balance of carbs/prot/fat that I can make in very large quantities at once and divide up into meals that I can just throw in Gladware and put in the fridge until I need it. Does anybody have any ideas? I was thinking something with chicken/pasta/vegetables would be good. So how about those recipes.. Thanks.
