Depends on your metabolism and activity level. I'm sure some people can bulk on 15 x bodyweight, while others might need 30.

12*bw for cut, 15*bw for maintenance, 18*bw for bulking.
that is a generally accepted standard that many people use.
Those numbers will never work for someone with a fast metabolism. Formulas are completely overrated. Count how many calories you're currently eating. If you're not gaining weight, eat more...pretty simple.

Just determine the calories you personally require with your body composition, metabolism and daily activity by experimentation.
