Like...if you're cutting...i'm hearing you want to eat for a caloric deficit say 6-8 days straight...and then have 1 day where you eat a really high amount of calories/fat/protein to refeed your body...

Does this access in calories go towards your muscles?

How exactly are they beneficial to weight/fat loss and or muscle gain?
