Well figured it was time to get my ass back in shape :whip: , so I figured it was about time I use a journal again. Starting my new AAS cycle next Monday so I thought was as good of time as any to record my gains.

Weight: 198lbs
Height:5'11"
Body Fat(Callipers):11%
Goal:245lbs
Yah I wanna be a fatty.

Thursday: Chest
Bench: 180x13,275X8,285x6,285x6
Incline:185x7,185x7,185x6
Decline:250x7.250x7,250x6
Flys:45's8,8,6,6

aas is steroids right? are you taking a cycle after not lifting in a while? i'm sure everyone's gonna tell you this too, but you shouldn't take a cycle until you've at least gained a good amount on your own. whatever you choose, good luck man, and good lifts you got posted there

Well took me a little longer to get all my gear so I finally could start. I have been lifting constantly for 4 years, so no I have no stopped and started, I just worded that badly.

Wed:Legs
Squat: 325*8,335*7,345*6,345*6
Lunges(weighted):120*8,7,7,7
Calfraises:15,17,16,16
Leg Press:400*8,8,6,6
LegEx.:8,8,6,6

Nothing new, will now keep this update, not that it matters.

It has been about 7 weeks into my cycle, so not really that big of a deal. A lot of it is water weight. I am on or was on Deca, Sust, and D-Bol.
