Well I don't think you need that much protein, seems a little excessive. Maybe use some of those calories for more carbs.

Thats dedication producing something like that, by the way im 5'7" 68KG 9.5% Fat ... you can't be far off.

i guess its just basically what i have been eating. Again it cannot be 100% acc, but its a good idea.
