hey whats up everyone...
my mom just got that Tanita scale that measures bodyfat. tried it out and i wiegh 192.5 w/20% body fat. im also 6"2 and im 19. is this bad??? i do have fat around stomach and some of my torso but other than that im pretty muscular. i also have had gyno since i can remember, is gyno a result of high bf%. how do i drop down to about 12% bf. i have never tried cutting before so i really dont know how to go about doing it. i dont want to lose my muscle mass i just want to get rid of fat. is that all in diet. thanks
