i know that oly lifters sprint and do plyo's to increase their explosiveness in their lifts.. i was wandering if a sprinting program like this would help me lose fat and become more explosive in any of my lifts:

Day#1

2x100yds striding
10x100yds sprints (sprint down-walk back repeat)

Day#2

2x100yds striding
10x50 yds wind sprints
(jump sole jumps)

Day#3

2x100yds striding
10x80yds sprints

input would be greatly appreciated..

If you can find one, you may want to find a parachute or if you can't find that just get a harness with a tire. Helps great with explosiveness.

100 Yards is too long for training explosion, your actually training Top Speed which isn't optimal for explosive training. Try doing 20-60 Yard Sprints, these are very, very useful.

What he said. Explosiveness gets trained during the acceleration phase... 40's are really the best mix of testing explosiveness and top speed, IMO... most people peak out in speed around there. Stick to that distance for the time being.
