Hey guys, currently im 6'0 330 and im looking to lose 110 pounds for myself, and for football in college.

The problem is my body at 330 isnt like other big boys...i dont know why.

Anyway, my goal is to have it off by Janurary at the latest. Does anyone know of any work-out routines and foods to eat that will help me get to my goal?

It is all about calorie control. Your level of bodyfat is strictly a function of how much you eat regardless of what else you may hear.

I would suggest you start with a diet which varies your daily caloric intake from 2700-3300 calories per day. Make sure to limit your intake of fat to allow for maximum nutritional value from your limited calories. In addition, be sure to keep your intake of processed sugar to a minimum.

The idea of varying your calories is to keep your body from adapting to the reduced intake by slowing your metabolism. You might want to consume 2700 calories for 3 days followed by 3300 for 3 and then back to 2800.
