How is this done?

More cardio?

I went from 168 to 160 and I am just flub. Not really skinny or fat. Just chub.

It is done by eating around maintenance calories and eating the right foods at the right time...VERY difficult to do. Choose one or the other and you'll have more luck.

Is it possible? Sure. Is it easy to do? Not really. Genetics play a major factor. Or if you're genetics suck, then there's always anabolics, hehe.

I am a big. Just not muscular yet. I can easily up my weight by alot. But I want to be leaner.

SO ... i guess that means ill go back to cutting again lol

The more muscle you have the mor fat you burn. I am sure it si hard though since most people will do one or another.

I myself started a bulk today but it will be super clean. I am 5'7@170 and will take 2800-3000 calories per day.

I think you'll want more fat and overall cals to really take advantage of the stack. You will still gain muscle, just not as much though. I read somewhere that PHs really increase protein synthesis too.

yeah, I may add some more protein and calories later on today.

PH's like 1-test or 4AD DO increase protein synthesis. Just like conventional steroids do.

Anyway, what these dudes said. Don't waste your time being so precise and specific. Just set your sights on one and go for it. Enjoy yourself here and there when bulking. Make sure you're tight when cutting.

Don't go too long on either one. This is diff for everyone, but i do 6 of each at a time. It keeps my interest in the goal.

If i cut too long i lose muscle and the fat loss stalls. I'm miserable.

If i bulk too long i get fat and the muscle gain stalls. I'm miserable.

If i do 6 weeks of either at a time, i gain muscle and don't gain loads of fat, or i drop fat and don't drop loads of muscle.

Course my scales never seem to stray from about 4lbs either way doing this, but they are going up over time. It's canny hard on the ego but i've gotten used to it.

10000 cals is a breeze if you're not eating clean.

A large pizza and a dozen donuts is probably 6-7K cals right there...and that's only one meal :D.

I never said it was good for you, just that it wasn't as tough to accomplish as it sounds.
