Hey first of all I am 5'10 and 155 lbs and I am bulked enough to what I wanted my objective now is to reduce the fat in my belly a lil bit so I can see my abs I know I have them because I can see them when light is reflected on me, I am reay trim I am just looking to trim that little extra out. I am currently doing ups and downs in stairs of a 15 floor building 3 times as cardio exercise, how many of these I should do a week , My work out days are Mon and Tue and Thur and Frid. Thanks.

I think everybody should do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. Cardio is the most effective as a fatburner before your breakfast on an empty stomach or after your weight training.
you can make it about 6 minutes a day if you just do HIIT.
