so my diet was going fairly well while school was going on: eggs for breakfast.. school..come home for lunch and make tuna or chicken with protein bar.. shake.. workout.. shake.. dinner.. maybe some ramen noodles or something.. sleep. but now im working construction with the pops, and the typical construction lunch is: sandwich, chips, maybe some fruit, drink, and i add a protein bar. I know this needs drastic change, so what do you guys eat, with no access to running water, microwave, etc, high protein I can just bring to work... thanks..
