okay.. I have been a pig the past months and have seen some great improvements. BUT.. along with that I got a belly. I eat healthy with meats, dairy's, and vegetables, ect.. about 3000 a day and I'm 180 lbs.

Should I eat less? Everybody on this board talking about eating like a madman is a good thing, but it's not healthy to have a belly in my opinion.

are you getting bigger? if itss not that much of a belly then its ok, if its significant then drop the calories down a small amount and see how that works- apparently some fat gain is expected on bulks. The thinking is that then, you'll go on a cut- and lose that fat.

The dairy might be bloating you. You could stop the consumption of all dairy for a couple of days and see if this helps.

Are you sure you're counting cals correctly? I can't see a 180lb male gaining "too" much fat on a mere 3000 cals per day unless your metabolism is quite slow or you are extremely inactive.

yes.. I drink a lot of milk. about 16oz a day. Thats to mix with the protien

Well try mixing your protein with water and making up your calories elsewhere for a couple of days/weeks and see what this does.

imo 16 oz of milk isnt much :)
