I'm 6'2 or 6'3 and i weight 210 pounds right now. I'm trying to cut down to atleast 195.

What I Ate Today

Bowl of special k 110 calories
5 eggs 400 calories
Salsa 60 calories
Total calories for Breakfast= 570

Snack
Bowl of special k 110 calories
Protein bar 200 calories
Total calories for my Snack=310

Lunch
2 sirloin burgers= 660 calories

Protein Shake after workout=210 calories

I had a red appple which has 80 calories

Dinner
2 chicken breasts 340 calories
I also drank a propell which has 40 calories

I worked out my back and bi's today and also burned 400 calories on the ellipitical machine.


My total calories for today was 2210

Today I skipped my legs because I felt like trash, and I had a lot of school work.

I took in 2100 calories today and i did manage to get on the eliptical and burn 200 calories today.

I had 2400 calories today

I burned off 400 doing the eliptical.

I worked out chest and tri's and everything felt real good. I did 2 sets of 7 on 225 for the first time.
