I have been working out since March 7th at a gym and my biceps are getting pretty big so is my arm but my veins in my arms are not popping out i see many kids at my school with their veins popping ut of their arm and i think it looks pretty good im interested in knowing why they wont pop out specially around the forearm.

Most probably because your BodyFat% isn't low enough.

i think it just depends on the person and your diet

I read that vascularity is mostly genetics, and the rest is having a low bf%

If you lost a significant amount of weight in a short time it could be loose skin.. just weight a couple months, drink alot of water, and it will eventually show. Assuming you have low body fat.

Don't quote me on this but i know that there is a thin layer of fat just below the skin that could keep them from showing. I have also heard that the key to get them to show is to sun tan your arms. Let the sun sweat off that layer of fat. Also having a low body fat could help.

Me too - just genetics and skin type. Do they show more on darker skin types? I have fair skin, and they don't often show up, just see blue lines under skin surface.

yeah they pop out a little when i work out usually when i work my biceps. but they go back in. its just that i wish my arm was bigger too my wrist is very skinny for a man so it makes my arm look weak.

vascularity is mostly genetics, and the rest is having a low bf%

also, heat tends to make the veins pop out more (like during intense exercise)

Let the sun sweat off that layer of fat. .

When you see a guy with great vascularity it's usually 1 of 3 factors in this order.

1) Genetics - mostly low body fat type people with thin skin

2) Steroids - increases red blood cells, and over time lifting causes veins to grow due to more blood in body / kinda like going from a garden hose to a fire hose

3) Hot or humid weather - bodies way of cooling down blood by bringing it to skins surface

Now here are other solutions that you can do to bring out vascularity.

lots of water, lifting weights, ALA, Niacin, Hot stuff, tanning, NO2

Niacin

Does Niacin really work for increased vascularity? I'd always read that it lowered cholestoral (and impeded fat loss).

Although, I guess alcohol impedes fat loss and it certainly improves vascularity.....
