View Full Version : I need an easy weekly meal plan.

I need an easy, simple to follow diet plan. I am 30 yrs old and 215lbs.

I lift 3 times a week and do 20-30 mins cardio daily. I am trying to cut fat and gain some muscle.

I don't mind repetition when it comes to food on a weekly basis. Simple is good. The less prep the better.

Suggestions or what meal plans do you follow?

There is a link but i cant remember it. (the one with the good diet plan)

I can't think of anything else.
