skipped the morning 1,000 meter row cause I'll beup for 24 hours straight today.........kind to myself?? At first yes, but as you'll read NO! lol

jump on the Spinning bike and did intervals of sort
start of a song I would go do 12 chins then run back to bike and pedal till the next song, start of next song 12 chins etc repeat! 10 Rounds! took around 40 mins and I was dead by the end! Terrific haha

Garage project is still in the works, painting is done on the walls and doing the laminate flooring today, probably go pick up the rubber mats tomorrow for the workout area then I'll start assembling everything that i bought, rack and bike mainly

In short life has still been crazy busy! between work, my garage project, getting my landscaping done, havin a little bit of a life and still no computer makes for a hard to update log! still training on days off, not so much on work days as i'm only sleepin 4 hours a day..........

I'm on vacation again this time in my home town in nova scotia, just takin it easy for the week......much needed! still in the works for the summer is to complete the garage, make a small deck, expand my concrete driveway, and make an office in my home. Once the office comes and everything else is done watch out!!!! Starting back on investing in stocks, able to do research again on real estate investing thruout the globe, working out everyday again with real equipment, and of course more time for wbb once the office is done! :D
