I don't eat much cheese (I think it might make me gain a lot of fat on my stomach), but I'm bulking up, so would eating a few slices of cheese a day be good or bad for a mass building diet?

Fat free cheese isn't too bad actually. If you put it in a sandwhich you can hardly tell there's a difference.

I love cheese its so good.
I'm not a big fan of Fat-Free cheeses but some Low-Fat ones are pretty good.
If you like swiss, try Jarlburg Lite, its real good...
:drooling:
Its got about 3 grams of fat and about 9 grams of protein a serving I think.
I have melt Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese every day on my omelet. About .25 cup has something like 40cal and 9g protein. Not bad, and tastes quite good, imo.
