I normally have 4 cans of tuna in between 12:00 to 18:00, 2 at 12:30, 1 at 15:30, 1 at 18:00. Time has become an issue and i was wondering if eating the 2 seperate ones and the same time would make a difference?

Thanks

I'd knock it down to 1 can a week...look up mercury poisoning and large game fish (tuna)

Isn't it only fresh tuna that has the high levels of mercury? Canned tuna is usually made from baby/young tuna which have not had time to build up high levels of mercury in their systems yet...this is what I thought anyway.

Correct

"Certain species of very large tuna, typically sold as fresh steaks or sushi, can have levels over 1 ppm. (Canned tuna, composed of smaller species of tuna such as skipjack and albacore, has much lower levels of methyl mercury, averaging only about 0.17 ppm"
