Keep in mind this is the only thing i will eat until 5pm...when i eat a salad.

Then i run for an hour and a half...

So is that ok to have?

I'll second that. That is not a very healthy eating habbit to be getting into at all. Go to the main page and read all the articles on nutrition.

any type of fast food in my opinion is a no-no..i wouldnt even eat their salads.

How much protien is in that? I figured only 18g (but I'm no good at this) and compared to the others it's pretty bad. Anyway, Fast food is not only unhealthy but expensive. Why overpay for something thats only hurting you? Also, that guy that made "bowling for columbine" made a documentry on a guy who only ate McDonalds for a month to show how unhealthy it is. Supposidly half way through it he goes impotent :O

Grits are always good...better tasting then oatmeal.

Better than the crap you listed above. Oatmeal is even better. Just add some sweetner like Splenda and the oatmeal will be fine. Also, 1 glass of skimmed milk (or whole if you prefer).

Not eating anything till 5pm is really bad. Your gonna have a really hard time losing fat if that is your goal if you keep doing that. Also why run for so long? It just seems like you are shutting yourself down eating breakfast, then eating again at 5, and then running for 1.5 hours.

Dude I don't know what your goals are, but between that diet and running for 1.5 hours, if you're not trying to look like a starving Ethiopian then you're on the wrong track.

I don't think the guy who made Bowling for Columbine (Michael Moore) was the same guy who made Super-Size me...but I could be wrong...he just wasn't in Super-size me at all whatsoever.

Anyway, I also think it's a pretty unhealthy breakfast. Do some reading.

Is that even 1000 calories?


You should eat 5 -6 meals a day.

Depending on your goals, you can determine how many calories to consume with each meal (2000- 4000).

I don't think you can have the energy to run for an 1.5 hours with only eating BK and a salad. If you do, that will last for a few days.

Morgan Spurlock directs and 'stars' in Supersize Me Supersize Me (http://www.supersizeme.com/) . Not Michael Moore. But he gets to be almost as unhealthy as him in just one month of eating at McD's. Personally, I haven't eaten there in about 15 years. There food sucks.
