I drink this 10 minutes prior to exercise and sometimes continue drinking it throughout my workout. Is it too much? (i'm 175lbs at 5'10 by the way)
1 1/2 whey concentrate (160.5 cals, 2.4g fat, 33g pro, 2.55g carbs)
(half of 1/3 cup) dextrose (146 cals, 0g fat, 0g pro, 37.5g carbs)
