well, if you like fish, here's a nifty one, 1 catfish fillet, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, cayenne pepper, and lemon pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes, then grill it, its yummy as hell.

an excellent post workout meal

stir fry 1/2 lb chicken or steak cut into strips
remove meat
stir fry 1/2 onion, 1/2 green pepper, 1 cayanne pepper
after 5 min add soy sauce, water and a bit of corn starch (adjust ratios of soy v. water to your taste) - the total should be about 1/2 cup
simmer for a few min
pour on 3-4 cups cooked brown rice

Eat with water containing 5 g creatine!

If I don't feel big enough I'll add a box of macaroni and cheese mixed with tunafish and a ton of mayo to my diet every day. Works like a charm lol

Spidey, ever tried the whey concentrate protein from proteinfactory.com? Hulk, do you get a discount from pf.com?

I just had one of my favorites- spaghetti with chunky sauce. Chunky sauce is basically a base of crushed tomatoes or plain tomato sauce, with my own spices added, and various amounts of fresh mushrooms, chicken breast, green and red peppers, sometimes hot peppers, etc. It is one of my favorites.
I love food with simple flavors, where you can taste and feel the texture of the individual ingredients. I cant stand chemical soups like packaged meals, canned anything, and(the worst), RICE-A-RONI. I hate that butter crap.
