i'm considering blending some meals instead of eating them normally. particularly my last meal of the day before bed. is there anything bad that can come from blending foods?

what do you mean by blending?
Like turkey and chicken together?

I don't see a downside other than the demoralizing factor of eating formless sludge instead of actual food. :)

i wouldnt, the benefit is it-s easier to get down
the bad part would be your eating sludge and eventually you will get very bored of it.. not to mention grossing out anyone that happens to b watching you eat a chicken milkshake

hehe, no not chicken milkshake.
more like a shake with milk, oats, cottage cheese and bananna in it
If that's easier for you to get down, then by all means do it.

well tried blending the above meal, and it's way to thick and even harder to digest, somehow
You could always add more milk or some water.
