Can anyone write me up or direct me to a very basic beginner powerlifting routine. I followed WBB1 twice for 4-5 months each time, so I know a little about lifting, but I've never focused on strength gains, and I think I want to try and get into that. Thanks.

Read the journals of powerlifters here, and do some research on the web for different types of routines.

Pick one you want to try, and we'll be glad to help you implement it.
