Well, I guess I fallen trap to the journal world.
I am hoping to keep this journal as a lil motivation for myself. Heres a lil background on me. I am 22, 265 lbs, and according to my tantia scale, 36% bf. I have been working out off and on for 6 years. I have been active with football and track in high school and once out of HS I ballooned up to 265. In high school i was always around 220 (in season weight) 240 (offseason). I didnt train as wisely in high school though.
Now, that i have realized that i can not couldnt living this way, I want to change. I know it will be a long hard journey to my goals. I am planning to get to 12-15% bf and around 200 lbs.
As for this journal, I will keep my daily diet and workout schedules. As well as any important information i find researching about how to get to my goals.
High expectations are the key to everything.
