Ok this is kind of werid but when everything i do abs it i drink any water before or in-between sets i feel sick and feel like throwing up. It occurs mostly with lower abs. Anyone have this too?

I don't know what the water has to do with it, but everytime I do abs, I feel like I'm going to throw up.

Here's my slant on the problem. When doing most ab exercises crunches etc. The force exerted on our abs causes our stomach to be constricted which in turn causes the contents of the stomach to be forced upwards toward our esophagus causing a gag reflex. Most food for the average person stays in our stomach for approx. 2 hours. Since
most lifters eat an hour or so before they lift and consume large amounts of water our stomachs are always in a semi full state.
One solution could be, try doing your ab work out at the end of your workout when your stomach is less full and consume smaller amounts of water DURING your workout.
