I was just wondering how much cardio should i do while bulking?

I wouldn't do any cardio while bulking. Cardio burns off calories, and when you bulk you should be eating more calories than you burn off. So no need burn off extra calories that you don't need to.

is it possible to lose fat with cardio, and gain muscle with extensive lifting? im on HST and i am going to be running twice a week...

while bulking of course

I agree with what mike107 is saying, but if you run a few times a week for 30 minutes, you'll be fine given adequate rest and nutrition.

id say do some cardio, not too much though - probably about 15-20 mins or so 3 times a week. this'll keep you in good shape so when its time for a cut, it'll be easier to include some serious cardio as part of your workout. however, if you plan to cut just by eating clean (i found it difficult) then there's really no need.

I did not do any cardio my last bulk. I found that when I started cutting I lost a LOT of areobic capacity, so next bulk I am going to do at least one day a week of running or HIIT, something........

yeah cardio burns the calories you tying to gain during a bulk, just dont overdue it, and eat more on that day I think would cover your bulking bases and keep your heart happy at the same time.

so I quess you dont have to do any cardio, but I know I am......

20-30 minutes 2-3 times/week. Just because you need to be in a caloric surplus doesn't mean you should lose cardiovascular ability...just eat more to make up for the burned cals.

Correct, except under the following 3 circumstances:

1) new to training
2) virtually flawless diet with the right macros at the right times
3) drugs

personally I do cardio 6x a week while bulking and am having a success at it, just make sure you have adequate nutrition and rest and it the rest will take its course.
