Ok I have never really been the running type in the gym. I usually use the eliptical or the bike until now. I thought I was doing alot when I was doing 30 minutes a day on either of the 2 machines but then I got a friend who has been working out for while and he uses a treadmill. I decided to try it. Five minutes into the cardio I am almost dead. I would have to think this is now the best cardio workout I have ever done. And I am only doing 20 minutes 4 - 5 times a week
