some recent pics of me.
dieted down from about 225 pounds to about 205 pounds but think these were taken week after deit so had put on some water back on.
think i was about 210 pounds at 5 foot 9.

wheel coming. just have to get some one to transfer phone pics to there pc then email me back to me.
as BF% i have no idea. i was hoping some one else would be a better judge of that than me. Remember I am tow shades darker than albino.lol aprat from red as post trianing.
a year old pic but i do have some legs and was not dieting. but some of you seen it before.
BF% looks similar to mine IMO and im ~8%
I too am very white lol

if I were to guess I'd put ya somewhere in the 13-15% range based on ur upper body shots.

I think my arms were about 16 to 16 1/2 inches in the pic. can't remember exactly.

285kg or 628.3 pounds.

Go via some site that takes 50 seconds before opening up to your PC. not sure how to crop the file size to below 2megs. as its 2.14 megs at moment.

pics from last powerlifting comp i did.
competed at 208 pounds in 220 class.
squating pics to go with above.
Good pics, especially the squat.
People should look at this, when they think there going deep enough.

Think the pics came from bottom part of the lift. not to sure if photo was taken at full depth.
I had no idea you were such a monster. You look pretty strong, but you're stronger than you look.
