Does anybody have an idea of the nutritional information of a "medium" cod (~25cm long) I get from the chippy? Obviously I take the batter off the fish first, otherwise I can say goodbye to my abs in no time. (No this thread was not about a male garment used for covering the genitalia)

for cod and add the word "proximates" you might get something
