View Full Version : Weight loss slowing down

Ive been cutting for a while now and have been seeing good progress, consistant weight loss of around .25~.5kg per week. Problem is, lately there has been no change in weight for about 2~3 weeks.

What are the steps that need to be taken to continue to lose the fat. I dont really want to cut any more calories out of the diet as they are fairly low already. Should i stick it out and see if it changes or do i need to change something?

Try switching up the cardio (if any) or incorporate new stuff into your routine. Also, how long was the cut?

Havent done any cardio during the cut, just worked the diet. Dont really have any room for cardio as i do weights 5 dys a week. The cut has been on for around 2~3 months. Thanks

Look up "refeeds". It basically means for you to eat over maintenance for a little while (a few days perhaps). This will replenish your leptin levels to allow weightloss to continue.

how long have you been cutting for?
refeeds/carb cycling seems like the thing to do
plus toss in some thermogenics
