I was getting tired at work, and then ate 1/2 cup ff plain yogurt.
I have energy now. Has the yogurt affected my insulin levels or something? Anyone know of a good link about insulin, what it does, and how I can control my energy level throughout the day while eating 4000 cals (bulking).
Thanks,
Holto

Thanks,
insulin makes you sleepy
a stable blood glucose level BGL makes you alert and energized
my guess is the small amount of low GI carbs brought your BGL up to baseline
wish I had a link to sum it all up...all I can say is start googling and have fun putting the little pieces together
