i weigh 150...do i have too much or too little of something? what do u think of the ratios..
I think your ratios are pretty good, maybe bringing the fats down a little, other than that, depending on what food yoru exactly eating, it looks good.

Considering your weight, you may need to lower the calories a bit. Try out that level, but if you're gaining too fast, then drop calories back.

that could be good for a bulk, but if you're not intensely bulking then cut the cals a little bit. that's a good amount of protein and carbs but cut the fat to like 90g and 20g sat at most. what are your goals?
yeah im trying to do an intense bulk...the fats...really i only have about 10g of saturated fats..should i still cut down?
