Ok, I have this little dilema.. I have a 3 and a half hour class every morning from 8:30-12..
I wake up and eat breakfast (usually oatmeal) around 7:45 or so.. We have a 10-15 minute break in class around 11, so I want to eat something then, this way I can go straight to the gym after class around 12:15-12:30.
If I wait to eat something when I get home, then I have to sit around for an hour and a half to digest everything..
So, what could I eat during class before the gym? Im cutting, so I dont want to eat a sandwich (too many carbs in one meal for my diet).. anything else you guys would recommend?? Obviously I dont have access to a microwave or anything like that, so would need something premade
