Umm... that depends on your goals. No one ratio works for everyone in all circumstances.

Opps yea shoulda posted this there. Anyhow my goals. I'm trying to gain weight/muscle mass, without putting on to much fat.

right now i'm just eating whatever is infront of me, as long as it isn't high in fat. I haven't been realy keeping track of calories because i don't know what my limits are supposed to be.

No one can tell you how many calories per day your resting metabolism is but generally I would say as a percentage of calories:

60/20/20 carbs/protein/fat if you are active
40/30/30 if you are sedentary
