hrmmm... you could make a variation of this according to how you like it

1 cup oatmeal
4 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
.5 cup cottage cheese
handful of blueberries... approximately 20
scoop of protein


grind in a blender, add artificial sweetener if desired, I top with strawberries but you can top with whatever maybe some sugar free jam or sugar free syrup.... I've tried variation with strawberries blended, chocolate pancakes, banana and they are all awesome!

600 calories 7 grams fat 69 grams carbs 60 grams of protein (with scoop of protein)

chocolate variation

1 cup oats
4 egg whites
.5 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop chocolate protein
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 packets splenda
little cinnamon

I'm gonna give them a go when I finish my cut. How many eggs you reckon if I'm using whole rather than whites?

2 scoops chocolate whey protein
12tbs of egg substitute or 2 or 3 egg whites
.5 cup of oatmeal (flavor or non flavor)
1 tbs of brown sugar
blend togehter

in a separte cup blend cottage chease with sugar free jello mix (sugar free giev sit more flavor than regulare yea i knwo wtf)

cook in pan flip cut in square then top off with cotage cheese and fruit liek strawberries and bluebereeis or fiber one cereal takses goood as shyt makes 2 large pancakes
nutriction info: calories about 520 protein 71 carbs 42 and fat 8
