What are you eating now?

I am cooking some chicken, wheat pasta, eggs, and beef on the stove for meals the next couple of days. Going to gobble some of these eggs as soon as they are finished.

LOL. Classic.

Ziplock bags are great. You can cook up 5 days worth of chicken breasts...shove them in individual ziplock bags and put them in the fridge. They keep just fine. Gods...i used to eat chicken at christmas that had been left open and on the bones for about a week after christmas day before i started thinking "is this still safe?"

I must have been misunderstood. I keep cooked food in the fridge in plastic containers.

What's the difference between organic peanut butter and Food Lion peanut butter?

Is there a big difference?

I'm eating a 'bowl' of frosted mini wheats.

By 'bowl' I mean a huge soup bowl with about 4 servings of mini wheats and 16oz of Lactaid milk.

Yeah...I found out recently that I'm violently allergic to milk. Aint that a bitch?

brown sugar? never heard of it though theres cinnamon.

poptarts are so good but so high in calories. one pack is over 400 calories! two packs equal a big mac!

I hate to break it to you but that is by no means a huge steak. Its only what...6-7 ounces? My baby brother of 8 weeks is laughing at you.

As for Pop Tarts, they are the BOMB for quick calories when you don't give a **** about the origin of the calories. 200 cals apiece in a little wafer that couldn't satisfy a teetsy fly, and they're CHEAP!

I can buy a 12 pack of strawberry, frosted pop tarts for less than three bucks. Thats 2400 calories to the layperson.

yeah man. if you have a really fast metabolism eat it. i love it but my metabolism is on the slow side. if you have a membership at costco you could get their supersized box: 24 strawberry frosted pastries and 12 cinnamon pastries. all for only 5.95. both flavors are my favorites but i only eat it when i didnt get enough calories for the day or if i run out of wheat bread or sweet potatoes to load up my carbs before i work out. those poptarts are packed with carbs and you said it perfectly - calorie bombs. same with chocolate chips.

shake with whey, natural peanut butter, oats, ice/water. it's amazing how much better the oats make it.
